Re: Unknown spare parts
The foam seal should be for the bowthruster.
The other part should be for the sailbattens
The seal for the mainsailmotor is much smaller.
When I asked Amel in Hyeres about this motor,

Paul,
That might be the rubber seal that goes on the top of your main furling motor. That is, if you have the 54 vertically mounted main furling motor, which with hull #98, I suspect you have this

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Strange Steering/tracking problem
Davi,
I believe Mark's suspicions are probably correct.
Something happened to the MaxProp when cleaning, or the MaxProp is in need of service. I believe if the MaxProp is not working/feathering

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Strange Steering/tracking problem
Davi, How about getting the boat up to speed and going into neutral to see if the helm straightens out? This will eliminate the possibility that the prop is the cause. If you still have a turn in

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Re: Strange Steering/tracking problem
We have an AutoProp. So, I am not sure if the same applies. You shouldbe able to turn each blade with one figure. If one of the blades is more stiffthen the others, it may need to be lubed.

Re: Strange Steering/tracking problem
Ciao Mark! TBH I didn't wiggle it much either on land or underwater.... it was pressure washed and the blades seemed to turn back and forth ok, but again, I didn't test. It's a Maxprop feathering

I might be wrong, (given the black soot covering things...) but the part you indicated looks more like a diode than a resistor. A typical failure mode for a diode is overvoltage. I suspect you

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Victron Centaur 24/60 [1 Attachment]
Hey Bill,
Sorry to hear about that!
Looks like a diode to me... Possible failure modes-
Too much forward current if forward biased
If the diode is reverse biased, then too high a reverse standoff

Mark,
See the attached PDF of suggested pumps. If you are installing the UP 6, or the UP 12, each has a pressure switch similar to your Amel OEM pump. You connect the 3rd wire to positive wire on the
