We have a similar set up. A Zeus Touch, a 3G radar, and two AP computers; a B&G AP42, and an older Raymarine 6000 as the backup. We did keep the existing B&G wind sensor because it works.

Sorry, I did not witness the process myself. They just told me what they did. I suggest you contact Amel directly to get more information on this. I'm guessing they build a yoke of some sort to

Our A54 had the same problem as did another A54 we know of. Both were replaced in Martinique by the Amel service point in Le Marin. They use a hydraulic jack to lift the mast

I have done this job. If you have the right size belt it is a tight, but doable job...start it on the drum pulley, then turn the drum to complete the fit.
However, you say the drum is locked.
