We rebuilt ourentire unit when last in the USA. We replace the thermostat, condenser andcompressor. Like you we wanted to maintain the aesthetics of the wood. Welooked at replacement units

We have a similar set up. A Zeus Touch, a 3G radar, and two AP computers; a B&G AP42, and an older Raymarine 6000 as the backup. We did keep the existing B&G wind sensor because it works.

Our A54 had the same problem as did another A54 we know of. Both were replaced in Martinique by the Amel service point in Le Marin. They use a hydraulic jack to lift the mast
