I used SBI for 7 years, while we lived in France. They give you a US address in Florida, and are very good at handling mail and even packages. They sort out the junk, and make sure you get the stuff

Thanks for the pictures! Yes there is a wire connected to it on Garulfo, with a indecipherable inscription on it, maybe « fleche » (in what i suspect is the same handwriting as everywhere

There can be several causes.
Nikimat gave you a very complete answer, but to find the exact cause, you will need to disassemble the bow thruster.
