Thanks for starting the list. I think it's a good idea, in case we meet some Amel owners on the water, we'll know who they are. I've tried to add my boat to your list but I can only do

Hello all,
I've made a start by creating a spreadsheet with information gleaned from forum messages.
It is obviously incomplete and may in some case be incorrect.
I've posted it in the files

Re: Micron 66 Caribbean experience
Seahawk 44 contains tin.
Tin in antifouling paints is banned everywhere in the world (except the Caribbean) because of the damage it does to the marine environment.
There has been a discussion on this

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Re: Micron 66 Caribbean experience
Not sure who this is asking but,
It will take 5 USGal cans to do as you ask.
Asking about takingor buying paint to the Carib is not really a question that can be answered.Where in the Carib?

Hi All,
The duty free zone is more a myth than a reality in Panama.
Also BEWARE of the shipper you use in Panama. DHL uses the local postal system and it is useless. Deliveries by UPS work much

John,
Maybe you've thought about this: Ask them if they will cover if you change your vessel home port and your address to St. John, Virgin Islands.
If this works, contact Connections in St John
