I would recommend the Marina of Agios Nikolaos on Crete - if you can get a place there. We have a couple of Amel here, most afloat though.
It is one of the cheaper marinas in Greece with a lively town

You can use a 12v fan but expect it fail fairly quickly due the fact that it will actually be running at 14+ Volts most of the time due to the alternator running while it is running. To add some more

Hello Thomas,
Olivier explained to us a while back, this was because it would last longer (running on 12 volt) also I think less voltage variation.

Engine room ventilator
Hi all,
We found our engine room blower (inlet) dead. It’s a 24V/5.3A 250CFM jabsco (ref 35440-0010) that’s purposely powered with 12V from the engine alternator/starter battery (as per the A54

The Goiot web site and RigRite (parts supplier) indicate that the plexiglas for these hatches is 10 mm thick.

The 24 volt alternator absolutely needs to be an isolated ground unit. If it is not, you end up with connections between the 24 v system, the 12 v system AND the bonding system. Very bad things will
