It would be nice to have the S40 installed like on your pictures but on my A54 #18 AMEL is the 66B the Anchor wash pump. I rarely use it and it still working perfect.

It is easy to test the linear drive.
Just put voltage on the two heavy wires mine is 24 volts yours might be 12 volts.
The apply voltage to the thin 2 wires the clutch, always 12 volts.

Fit was good. I did not anchor much, but the previous owner was very happy with it.
I don’t know if a larger one would fit. May be they have a printable layout like some companies do.

After researching extensively I have decided to demote my WASI 30kg to the second anchor, sell my Delta 40Kg, the current 2nd anchor and buy a Spade 160 which is 37kg, as my primary anchor.
