The unit took me about 2 hours to install. I installed mine in the aft cabin .On 90 degree days it can cool my cabin like a meat locker.
There is larger unit if you think you need more BTU'S, It is

That looks very complicated.
We have one line, 24-30 mm diameter, with a spliced eye that fits on the center cleet, and then a fixed lengt with a hook in the end.

I just looked up the price for a replacement for this part. US$2,269 is absolutely insane! I could make them out of 316 Stainless Steel for way less than that. I have to remove mine this

talked with incidnce sail again, and no problem they will do the foam luff. On my current sail I had no foam luff, but had a rope sewed in and that improved the shape a lot on the genoa when furled.
