Hi Alan,
Thanks for the reply.
Agree that NEW CALEDONIA is NO problem at all. I sailed for about 18 months around NC (still own a mooring thereš); during 2018 had a bunch of AMEL parts come

I mounted ours in a corner under the hard dodger. The little bit of fiberglass does not seem to interfere with reception.

I use āBlack Streak Removerā. Takes it right off with just a bit of hand-polishing. It works great. There are several brands available; Iāll be aboard on Saturday and will reply further with

Alexandre, Nikimat was one of my inspirations for buying into the AMEL world. I remember seeing it after the Hurricane in a you tube video it was sad to see. I have wondered what became of her.

Re: Headliner fix
Bob,
Removal of the wood panels was one of my concerns as well. Fortunately there was some relatively recent discussion on the boards that indicated that the panels are fastened in with the bolts

Iridium go external antenna location
Hi all,
We just scored a great deal on a used Iridium Go with the external antenna. It comes with 12m of antenna cable and the mount for steel tubes.

Re: Headliner fix
On my older SM6 I had the drooping headliner problem. My 1st fix was the wood strips idea screwed in to hold up the sagging areas. It looked good and lasted about 10 years before I had to start

Hi Teun,
I can't help you with Customs Broker in Brisbane, but I would think that pretty much any customs broker would be able to do it for you.
Just FYI, in New Caledonia, when you arrive and clear
