I would recommend buying complete Lewmar hatches and throwing away the frames. I did this on my last boat and it was cheaper than just buying the lid or all the small parts. The exchange was

I remember now – we had this exchange before. I recommended a place in Grenada called Driftwood to replace your cockpit screens – photo attahed. I can’t help with the hatches

I will make sure I replace both the hinge pins and grub screws.
I found one Lewmar agent with some lens in stock. I am asking them to give me the actual lens measurements.

I am going to test this one.
The vivration frecuency (musical note) os a string depends on the tension. More tension = higer frecuency.
Thus, why not to try with a bass guitar tuner? :-)
