OK, I believe you are trying to raise the genoa on the wrong slot. The genoa goes into the isolated single slot. The other two slots which are close together are used by the Amel twin pole system. It

The photo did not come through.
The fixed Blade has a protrusion that fits into a V cut into the oil drain plug of the “C”
Drive.
I believe the blades are made for the Amel system

Relax, the furler swivel is just as it should be.
To enlighten you, the swivel is developed to fly two headsails simultaneously. Actually the Genua and the Ballooner (that is wat Amel calls it).

One of the blades should be held in place by the V shaped oil drain bolt, the other blade spins with the shaft.
Something is very wrong with this installation.
