last year we bought a "Code 3" on a facnor furler all supplied by Incidence sails. It was no issue at all to use it, I attached a halyard at the top of the mast and just hoist it. We got it at

Hi Eloi,
The bottom one links the mizzen lifting line with the metal ‘D’ fitting at the end of the boarding ladder to support it above the level of the dock.

Sorry, I don't have any pictures. I haven't been on Elyse since March 2020.
We don't have a furler for our asymetrical spinnaker, we have a hoop and sock for dousing it.

It doesn’t surprise me that it is less than the Jackline policy.I recently shopped insurance and found Jackline to be the absolute highest rates.They were about 30%

The underwriter is Travelers. The policy is significantly less than Jackline, but mine only covers the US east coast and the Caribbean (including Bermuda.

I checked a bonding of the Davits. No bonding to see + more then 5K ohm between bonding and davits, no bonding in the wiring diagram. Motors

With all the dampness around a boat, I think it is fair to say that it can NOT be a static discharge from friction.
I have to disagree with the assumption that you can never feel a "shock" from 24VDC.
