There is no easy way to switch them. The clevis pins are VERY different sizes, as are the holes in the chain plate. If someone has enlarged the holes for the intermediate shrouds to the point

I think the comcept of operating the bow thruster with the charger on, makes sense to me. The charger simply helps to keep the voltage to the bow thruster as high as the boat is capable,
