Your Yanmar was not original to your boat. This damper plate was probably selected at the time your boat was repowered.
I believe what you show in the photo is a Centa Marine Damper Plate. Try

I can't help with getting new ones but Bill and Karen off Harmonie put us onto these. We use them on all the ports and saved the good rubber disk for future use. Can buy them at the local hardware

Hi. If you look you will find an access hole down through the rope pully. You can access the screws one at a time through this. You need a heavy duty Phillips screwdriver.
