I can't help with getting new ones but Bill and Karen off Harmonie put us onto these. We use them on all the ports and saved the good rubber disk for future use. Can buy them at the local hardware

Hi. If you look you will find an access hole down through the rope pully. You can access the screws one at a time through this. You need a heavy duty Phillips screwdriver.

Since year ago June, I have been sailing on the East coast of the USA, the Windward Islands, Bermuda, and the US virgin islands.
No real problems just a lot of testing and paperwork.
