Sofomarin manifold arrived today. It took 10 days from France to Slovenia. The length is fine, the additional shut-off valves make it all a lot bigger. I'll see when I install it on the boat.

The underwriters will tell you when you ask them directly why it is so much cheaper to insure in Europe than further afield, that it is due to repatriation costs involved in returning

One thing to note is that despite what their setup looks like, those loops donโt have to (and most certainly canโt) be made in-situ. The blocks need to be taken appart, which is not difficult and

Not in the Med right now, but I can tell you that insurance for the Med is FAR cheaper than the Caribbean, so I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
