Re: Sharki painting renovation
Salut François,
on my Sharki I use 10 liters of antifouling for 2 generous coats of self-polishing paint and 3 on the rudder and waterline.
Good work!

Re: Bonding and Grounding Checks
When you say "grounding plate" I assume you are talking about the sintered metal plate on the starboard side of the rudder skeg. The "grounding plate" would have been connected to the bonding system

Bonding and Grounding Checks
Dear Amelians,
I have recently replaced an old and worn out bonding strap in the bilge with a new one, which I made from 3x41mm copper plate, and today I ran all bonding checks as advised by Bill in

Re: Storage hot water system
Bryce,
The answer is "it depends." How do you use your boat? If your boat spends most of its life connected to shore power, and if that is the only place you want to use hot water, then an electric

Thanks everyone, it turned out to be the Generator start battery. I have dedicated start batteries for the engine and the generator and confirmed the generator start is dead by cutting off shore power
