Re: [Amel] Anti foul
We us two coats after sanding with rough grit paper. Given you have a Mango be shore to check for blisters. If you have them take care before you paint. Paint does not hold well to blistered areas.

Anti foul
We haven't had our Mango for long and I am slipping it soon. Just wondering about how much antifoul paint I might need.

First, check the voltage at the 24 volt bus near the course computer. Assuming that you have good voltage at that point, I can almost guaranty that the following will work.

I just sent my rotary drive to Raymarine for a checkup. They returned it
with a 500 dollar charge. I only asked for new brushes and a drive belt.
They said they only stock complete motors.

Autohelm 7000 low battery
The electric motor on the linear drive works hard and pretty well continuously so that after 20,000 miles or whatever the carbon brushes on the motor wear down and in the process shed a lot of carbon

Dinghy Pump
The pump supplied by Amel is two 12 volt ones which they joined together to make a 24 volt pump. Each pump comes from the UK and costs about £75 ie £150 for the two. They are rubbishy and will not

Thank you all for clearing that up for me. Pretty sure I was charging on dock power when I last used it to pump up the dink, hope I didn't fry the inflators. Will find the circuit breaker

Re: 220v Dinghy Pump
Hi Kent:
The inflator you describe is the standard Amel supplied 24 Volt DC inflator. In fact it is two 12 volt inflaters wired in series. When we took delivery of our boat from Amel Olivier

Re: [Amel] 220v Dinghy Pump
I always assumed that the inflators were 12 volt units since I had Amel
install a 24 volt outlet in the cockpit and it has the same plug. My
assumption is that the pumps were 12 volt pumps wired in
