Loose Screw in Passage way
Hi Amelies
I observed a vibration in the passage-way when engine was running on my AMEL-54.
I found two big screw (see pictures) opposite of the battery compartment, and tried to tighten the one

My Santorin 1991 probably has the same units
But it’s not clear what the motors are .... probably a small truck starter motor but they were quite easy to overhaul and replace the brushes

You were correct! I rewired the fan and problem solved. Not a bad idea to have a spare controller but its no longer urgent.
