I have a basic swivel that I attach my first Genoa, to.
I can't even imagine how a second swivel would attach to the first swivel in order that the second halyard doesn't wrap

The first thing you should do is bring the genoa swivel down to the deck and inspect it to insure that the tongue is in good condition and the spring-clip is working and will "hook" the plastic
