In my case, I noted that that after motoring (bow thruster down) over 2.5 kt this is when the leak would start to appear. I thought it was from the shaft pushing and bending the seal

My mainsail halliard was stuck after 18 months out of the water, so I couldn’t put the mainsail on. At Le Marin the AMEL lads got it moving by hauling down hard while turning the furl in motor back

Hi, The SM owners manual instructs in the use of both chargers when using the gen set and only the smaller when connected to shore power. If I remember correctly you are to turn the larger on first

- when on shore power only use the smaller charger. don;t use both

Good point, I have never tried running two at the same time. We have just taken our solar from 540w to 850w so bringing the genset runnning times down a fair bit. Yesterday, a nice sunny one
