Re: Hybrid Lead/Lithium
Scott,
Many thanks
This is indeed a good solution but I have many Mastervolt devices so Mastervolt digital input device will allow to stop charge all Mastervolt devices, chargers and alternators.

Juan,
I have a full victron system except for the mastervolt 110 alternator.
You can interface the charge disconnect from the victron BMS with the brown reg-on wire of the master volt alpha pro 2 or 3

Re: Forever Young / Standing rigging
Be careful about comparing costs for an ACMO rig for a SM.
A few years ago, the rig kit for a SM was 7k euro, and as of 1 Dec it was 10k euro. Those prices do not include VAT or Freight.

Nick,
I understand your desire to extract best value from your existing lead batteries, but I would strongly recommend you think about big lithium and small lead content as being the optimum longer

Thanks, I'll take a look and report back. The unit is only about 3 years old so I really hope it's not due for a refrigerant recharge already!!

If you really want to be confused, explain how microwave signals move down waveguide (like in your radar) and why are the dimensions of the waveguide critical for different frequencies . Like s band k
