Re: Deck restoration question
Thanks John. I'm wondering if weathering of the faux timber deck on Pegasus is a rare occurrence given the limited response to my question?
I'm interested to hear the glass bead and sugar suggestion

Hello Jacob,
the solenoids for the genoa furler are in the front cabin, in the top portside cabinet. They are marked "FOC" which means "JIB". They are mounted aside the windlass solenoids.

A click from the solenoids with no action usually means the breaker has opened not allowing the electricity to the furling motor. As there were three major evolutions of the main sail furling system

Thanks Bill.
I don't think the issue is the breaker, because I hear a clunk when I hit the switch, so I think the solenoid is firing. That said, I do not know where the breaker is. Can you tell me

Just an addition, I think the Maramu and some of the older designs had the prop shaft generator, which, given fair winds, produces a fair amount of electricity en route.
I agree though about extra
