Pie or square but you still need to deal with them even if a few at a time. Open them up with a ice pick and let them drain then fill, sand, seal with what ever you want ( epoxy ) next time you re

#1 is that the new nozzles are out of specification. I am guessing that your mechanic changed injector

Have you replaced the water heater? If not it is 14 years old and probably is where your leak is.
But, to answer your question, yes coolant could escape the closed system at the Yanmar heat
