I have had a compression test done on a 75 hp Volvo. The injectors are removed and the test pressure gauge is attached to the hole for each cylinder at a time and the engine turned over by

When we sprayed the WD40, the throttle was in the idle position; however, we have verified the throttle cable is operating OK. I feel that it should have at least "burped."

What size wire is your shore power feeder? Is it factory Amel or a modified system?
Mine is 4mm2 and yet there is a 32A breaker in the lazarette (as I see you have) feeding the generator/shore power

I had compression checks on all cylinders on my Volvo TMD22 when I was searching for the reason for low rpms. It was done in an hour and wasn't too expensive.
