I suggest that you look it up on Google and then employ amarine electrician to fit one.You are running the risk of strayelectricity causing severe damage through galvanic corrosion

Another way to get more of the old oil out is after you have drained the oil, put some fresh oil in and drain again. The old oil tends to float to the top so it comes out and the residual oil is

I am not familiar with galvanic isolator...
Could that be that the ground strap is no longer connected to the bottom of the bilge?

Yes it happens when I am at sea. I noticed it after I changed the zinc anode. But I had not check it in a while. So not sure when it started...
