Hi Eric. No there is space around it.it is by no means perfect. The compressor is good
There is ice on the sides within 20 minutes of turning it on but I could improve it a lot by filling the space

Good morning Rick,
Sorry to read about your bow thruster issue…
So just to understand: you had a first failure, then it worked, then it failed again? Sounds like an electrical issue to me.

Hi Rick. Congratulations and welcome to the "family"!
If you had lost the prop, it would still run. Have you checked all electrical connections? When I have an electrical component that stops

I cannot answer your question regarding a mechanic.
In my experience there are two possible reasons for the bow thruster motor not functioning
1) One of you hall effect sensors

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Re: decrease in galvanic corrosion.
The Amel manual tells us to remove the steering cables from the rudder stock before installing the emergency tiller......that takes a bit of time, I know, I've done it. One extra small bolt in the top

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Re: Question regarding procedures for aligning engine on SM
Hi again Todd. To change the engine mounts under the angle irons, you will have to unfasten the CDrive from the beds. I suspect when you get the new mounts in place the CDrive will bolt right to it.

Henri Amel did not do it that way in the first place probably (insist on “probably”) because it would make it more difficult to rig the emergency rudder gear when needed. And when it is needed,
