Re: Anyone looking to sell a good 80s or 90s Amel?
Due to deteriorating health of wife I may consider selling my beloved Maramu, year 1988, hull #253.
I am on my way back to Marseille from the Azores.

Re: FW: [Amel Yacht Owners] foam seals on the bow thruster
Gary and Bill,
Thanks for this, I was unaware of this adjustment option. I replaced my seals and hope that fixes the issue. I will b sure to check this at next haul out.

Fresh Water Pump Cycling
I do not remember who had a problem with the fresh water pump cycling, but I had suggested the one-way valve as being one of the causes.
I had a piece of trash lodge itself in the one-way valve

I replaced mine with an LED several years ago, Andrew, but it didn't last 24 hours. I'll try again when the current incandescent quits.

Gas Indicator Light
Our GAS indicator panel light just stopped working – I am quite keen to change it for an LED indicator instead has anyone sourced a good replacement for this or if not know the diameter of the hole

Dereck,
I have found that if you make the temporary bowline longer the two bowlines do not have to travel through the notch in the mast at the same time.

Hi Bill:
You are great. I am off the boat now for 6 months and I looked to see if I had any stock photos that I could post. At first pass I can't see any. Thanks in advance for posting
