After DE-winterizing our santorin i discovered that the pressure valve is leaking each time the hot water tank is fill by the fresh water pump.

I haven't done it yet, but I wouldn't use stainless plugs in the aluminum housing, I'd use nylon bolts.

When drilling put a cork on your drill to limit the depth it can go to, about your estimate of the thickness of the wall you are drilling through, if you don't get through, cut a bit off the

If you did not act on the advice to fit a grease nipple andanother removable machine screw to let the old grease and metal waste escapewhen forced out by new grease then you ought to do so

It is normal. It's the grease put on the head stay to lube the furler foil do e at Amel. If the grease stops, time to probably replace the rigging as it usually happens at 13-17 years.
