Re: Yanmar Alternator question
That is definitely not from the factory.
By the shape of the heat shrink, it could be a diode, but that makes no sense. Did you cut it open to see what it is?
You should have only 3 connections

Re: Quick question- Tie off helm at anchor / mooring or not?
Thanks Bill,
I'd better put an inspection of the rack onto my "ToDo" list upon return to Perigee in the next week (or two) - COVID having delayed our travel plans back to NZ.
Best,
David

I'm not sure what the tube is you're pointing at...I'm not sure if I have that, but i'm won't be at my SM335 for a few months.
Regarding the water under the table, I had that when a water connection

Miles, If the engine is turning over ,then it is not the 30A fuse . As bill suggested , fuel supply would be the first thing to check . You could crack a fuel line at one of the injectors to see if

Hi Miles,
I had a similar problem, which was related to the 30A inline fuse, which was blown.
The symptoms in that case are, that the Onan generator doesn’t crank or tries to start at all, even

Laurens,
I believe you should describe your original sails extensively. Whenever something is offered for sale in this group we need to be totally transparent.
If they were original to your 54 #92,
