We are looking at installing an Inner Fore-stay on Nomad. It would be a Solent type of rig with a self tacking jib forward of the mast. No need for running back-stays. Head goes to top of

Hi you will want to use heavy duty drive belt with that install. They are marked XL before the standard number. We also mounted a turn buckle to keep the belt tight.

John, you're correct on a better way to plumb the tank! Unfortunately, that's the way the tank (which came from Amel) is constructed and it was already installed when we bought the boat. So we do

You say the pipe goes from the head to the bottom of the holding tank. I wonder why it is set up like this? What stops the tank contents from returning to the toilet if the valve on

When we re-did our fascia, I had a carpenter make it in two pieces using Okume plywood. There's a photo in the album section. We're really happy with how it came out. We're going to re-do the

Just the info I need, I hope to fit a larger alternator (Bosch 120amp with an external smart charger) to cope with the 300amp battery bank while doing the spring fit out.

On my Maramu the fascia just unscrews revealing the shelves behind. I needed to take some of the quarter round timber trim off first. It was nailed on but can be carefully prized off without

We too have side gates in the same location and find them most useful , we have some additional 45 Degree supports to the stanchions either side of the gates.
