My experience is the DEKA deep cycle may be the least costly battery to use, but they will likely only last 2 years, 3-years if you are lucky.
The Rolls AGM will possibly last 3-4 years. It is twice

I had a set of DEKA Marine "Deep Cycle" lead acid batteries fail after just 4 months on Kristy. They were repackaged for NAPA, and I was assured by DEKA that they were the same battery as sold as

as far as I know, there is a starter relay on the ignition circuit of the VP D3 110ib.
when I start the engine, sometimes the alternator doesn't excite (even if the throttle is full down)

Hopefully, the cause is the O Ring(s) on the Bobin but could be the endcap itself. That said, take a look at your endcaps. If they are white, it is very likely the endcaps have eroded at the

Desalator interconnect Bobin
I have a small leak from the watermaker outboard end membranes on my 160 litre per hour unit. I believe it is the stainless inter connector between the membranes.

Also if you use the bow thruster without the generator you can significantly reduce the life of your lead or AGMs .

Even the test shows that 3 of the batteries should be replaced (à remplacer). I believe you need to replace all of them.

Have you considered disconnecting one battery pair at a time for 24 hours and rerun tests as above each day. That way you might identify an aberrant pair

The Lewmar torlon balls are 6.4 mm. Price in France 100 balls, 76,5€. Mines are 6.5 (they are old, bought 30 years not Lewmar brand).
