bowthruster.
It is a source of problems the only good thing is that you can repair it

Gianni:
As per our several discussions via private email, the bearing in the base of the motor that supports the spline shaft is an NSK 6204VV bearing. Evidently the 6204 bearing size is very common

Spend the extra money on the black wire reinforced sanitation hose. I'm off the boat at the moment so I can't tell you the brand name but it's far superior to the white stuff passed off as sanitation

Hi Paul, Same thing happened to us after 8 years. Couldn't find a spare part and had to buy a new motor from AMF. Really expensive..... It is a wonderful pump, but next time we will go Jabsco.

Our Bilge Pump gearing has broken and we are wondering if there any info on replacement parts or is there a factory rep in the US or Caribbean. The part that is broken is the nylon ring off the motor

The length of the backstay with or without the triatic as with all SSB antennas
has to do with the wave length(s) you are using. The longer the wave the long
wire/antenna. Yes, the turner also works
