Totally agreed. We upgraded from a CQR - and what a difference. Not once a problem with setting, and survived 63 kn in last years Derecho in the Chesapeake without moving at all.

We are thinking of upgrading from our Lewmar Delta anchor and wonder if anyone would like to share their views on alternatives. We have tried tyo fit a Manson Supreme which is very similar to the Rocna but the shank is too deep to fit into the bow roller. I think the Rocna may fit but I have heard some bad things about poor quality steel used in some manufactured in China.???
Would appreciate any comments about anchor types and sizes. Not going to go stainless so don't need info on that.

I have recently completed a major refit project on my 54 and have extra vinyl headliner material. It is the unpadded headliner, NOT the padded hull liner. It is the original material used in the boat, I bought it from Amel in France. The roll is 55 1/2 inches wide and I estimate it at 80 feet long, but I have not unrolled it to measure it. If anyone needs some replacement material it will match your original. The material is on the boat, currently on the hard in Grenada. I can email photos. Reasonable price, unlike I paid.

only SM2000 that had wooden floors from the factory. Long story but i
did not replace all the pannels.

I also have various relays and sensors for the genset, and a few
other misc. I will try and get part #s.

Once you are certain the linkage is not the problem, you need to find out the model number.
Having found out the model, it should be on a plate on the gearbox, if painted over a careful clean should do the trick, you ask for a "rebuild kit" from ZF, or their local agents.
Any competent workshop should be able to do the rebuild, the kit includes bearings,seals, drive discs etc.
I have just had our HBW 250 rebuilt - it is now the ZF 25.
