I was able to find on-line the Aqua Signal official replacement outer ring and gasket (gasket goes on the inside of the bulb to keep the electrical connections between the bulb and the mast

Hanspeter, I dove on my prop today and it was pretty clean, but scraped it anyway, the bottom had only a slight slime/growth , my boat lives in fresh water. Its been far worse and always ran up to 300

Pat, the fact you can get to 3000rpm in neutral doesn’t tell usmuch. It is the load that is causing the problem. The engine is not generatingenough energy to offset the applied load. Fuel is energy.

dont touch the Bosch injector engine !! if you dont see diesel is coming a little bit out of the injection conection to the cylinder input; then your problem is elswere.
