I don't know if my Goiot hatches are the same as yours but I can tighten mine with a large Alan key on the port side of the hatch.

Hello Gavin,
there is a soft coupler between the motor and the gear-box input shaft. It is probably broken.
As your bow-thruster has been recently serviced, you should indeed ask AMEL Hyeres about it

You only have to press DISP button, turn the rotate key until you see the satellite weather screen, than press the rotate key and you can choose WX or NAV text.

I can tell you that three of the antennas are for sure:
1.) VHF
2.) AIS
3.) AM/FM Radio
The 4th may be an omnidirectional WiFi antenna
To know for sure, you either need to trace, or

There are a number of possible issues.
If I were you and since you are close to Hyeres, and since you are new to the 55, turn back and go to Amel in Hyeres.

Bow thruster Amel 55 - 009-2012
The bow thruster is not driving.
The thruster goes up and down as normal but makes a grinding noise when the toggle drive switch is operated. The propellers do not turn.
