I agree with Eric. Contact Olivier Beaute gmail.com>
I also agree with Craig...I do not believe those bolts are original.

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Battery bank main switch
Pat , We switched the starter switch on and off several times . It was a crap shoot as to which time the starter motor started.

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Dinghy choices?
Im planing on ordering one of these as well. I have a 1989 48ft Maramu and I wonder if a 3.0 would fit on the deck as well? Im not sure of the deck size difference.

HI,
If you are considering this boat, why don’t you contact Olivier to look at the boat?
He does not live too far away.

Re: Sloop rig santorin, Stainless steel bolts on the mast foot?
Perhaps you could introduce yourself - are you shopping for an Amel? What's your name? home port, etc.
There are no bolts on the forward face of the original Santorin mast.

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Battery bank main switch
Pat,
Getting back to your original question of where to buy a new switch, I just bought a replacement switch. It's a Littelfuse Brand "TR Series Dual Pole 500A Master Disconnect Switch", Part 880175.

Ian, Defiantly nothing lost and should be done anyway , will clean the contacts. However , are you saying that , you too switched the switch off and on and then power was restored to the starter ?

Pat, That was our view-- until we cleaned the contacts to the starter motor itself. It may well be quite different in your case, but you would lose nothing by cleaning those contacts. Indeed, if
