Eric;
I don't know what they mean exactly either.
The person to contact regarding all things related to Dessalator is Martin. He is located in France and travels throughout Europe and is the tech guy

Mohammad,
I understand all lines on the plate except
IP 55 and cos 0.87.
Do you know what they mean?
I am actually looking for how many liters per hour the pump puts out.

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Procedure to unfurl and fuel the mizzen on a SM
I would also add that the mizzen boom should be perpendicular to the mast when furling. If the aft end is higher, it won't furl evenly and will get stuck.

Re: I am also looking for the watermaker lift pump
Eric,
Brava has the 160 Lph Dessalator watermaker. By "lift pump" should I assume you are referring to the low pressure pump that feeds the high pressure pump?

Paul,
The big hose that connects from the C drive to the hull is open to the sea. Be careful if you play with that.
You would only get sea water if this is leaking.

Paul,
There are very mixedreviews on the see-through propane gas cylinders. We purchased one for our BBQand had problems getting it filled. A lot of propane filling stations will notfill these

Viking propane cylinder
We habe to chnage our camping gaz cylinders now when in USA. I like the Viking see through cylinders in kevlar.
The 17 lb should not be any problem to fit in the standard gas locker in our SM, but

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Oil leak on the "c" drive
Thank you
We have eliminated the oil from the engine, which was my first choice of source. We do have to fill more oil on the reservoir above after ca 100 h.
Will see if the allen screws are all

I agree completely.
AND, the C Drive oil expands when the C Drive reaches operating temperature. Check to make sure that the cap on the oil reservoir is breathing to allow for expansion and

A couple ofthoughts on this:
Any oil thatleaks from the engine area will drain and accumulate on the aft side of therubber housing on the c-drive. First, I think I would use a paper

I have discovered some oil just aft of where the drive unit go throuh the hull. I.e below the flexi coupling. No oil inthe bilge so the leak must be on the after part somewhere. I find ca 50 ml after
