I have broken a few of these switches over the years. I have done this by reaching over the generator to retrieve something stored behind the genset.

I took the stop off at the forward end of the track and undid the stanchion screws, then bent the stanchion out of the way and they just slid right off.

There is no RAL for the white color of the hull. The only solution is to use a spectrometer and try to find the most approaching tone locally.
