And, regardless which model Amel you own, Amel suggests while running using the bow thruster, you always have the generator running with maximum battery chargers

Check the Anchor Winch(es). They are susceptible for these problem given their exposure to salt.

About the current draw from the batteries. Don’t forget you are running 6 pairs in parallel. So each battery only has to supply 80 Amps to get to 400 Amps. 80 Amps is not excessive, even for

On our boat when I connect a cable from my laptop headphone socket to the aux input on the stereo the negative mass lights up.

Your batteries might not be able to handle the current draw of the Bow Thruster. Take a look at the current draw during Bow Thruster use, and also look at the voltage while using the bow

Today we checked the processor Blackbox. There we found a 50 cent blowing out fuse.
That’s it.
The system is working probably and we placed a spare fuse for the next failure with tape

Volvo sends their standard non-isolated engine to Volvo France, which does the ground isolation for Amel. This process does not get recorded to the serial
