Eric, I can’t add much to Craig’s reply, Craig and I will both trail fit a sample on our boats,to confirm the fit. The die is being made directly from a cross section that we cut from our rub rail

Fuel tank vent fitting ?
On SM2K 422 there is a outlet fitting and hose at the top aft of the fuel tank. It runs down the scupper to a "T" next to the genset muffler. One leg runs back under the Yanmar and I can't see where

It would, but earlier Onan generators use the other one. I don't know the Onan model and year changeover, but it did happen.
