One more thing that maybe you did not try...
Do everything you did, and with the pressure on the seized area from the tightened tool, tap with a hammer on the seized area. Don't tap too hard,

Well the on going saga continues. I tried the sandpaper between the puller and shaft and also put 2 pipe clamps below the puller to assist in the friction on the shaft. I think it moved 2mm??

Barry The "C" Drive is sitting on the Keel at the other end, It won't move an inch. There is very little wear and tear on those two mounts.

I did not install a temperature sensor. I just closed the opening with a threaded cover. I imagine that monitoring the temperature in the exhaust elbow would help one know if there was any

I am going through the same exercise at present.I do have the Vetus catalog and at the time of writing, the four engine mounts appear to be that of part MITSTEUN. These are holding up the frame bed

Not only is it sturdy but when you compare it to the yanmar unit you will notice that the exhaust from the engine in the elbow is directed directly down the center of the exhaust hose and not to one

Thanks for the advice. I am trying to remove the thruster in the water if I can but will lift it out if needed. I will try the sandpaper idea first and see if that is a solution.

Before that tool was designed, the common practice was to disconnect the suspension cable to the motor. Place a wood block between where the motor and the housing meet, then from outside the
