Not everyone has a great passage. You dont get strong winds, what you
do get is light to no wind with the normal trade wind swell. Makes
for very unconfortable conditions. We are in NZ. Will

All we had was a 1/2" bit and it was too small. We had to work the bit
in the hole to enlarge it. The new strap is 1/8" copper and drills
easily. Unfortunately I did not measure the keel
