Yes, that breaker is for the 24 volt windlass and genoa furler. Maybe your meter is set wrong or you didn't use the 24 volt negative. Check again.

I refurbished my original turning blocks by replacing both the needle bearings and the race bearings. Works like new. These were sourced in NZ and total. Cost was less than

If you have an older SM I recommend you take a hard look at the Genoa sheet cars. I had one fail in light wind. Bill Kinney had similar failure mode. 20/30 year old gear. I got my new ones from

When you eventually get the thruster apart,. I would suggest you take the motor to a rebuild shop. . There is an open roller bearing at the bottom of the motor where the tube enters the motor. I

We replaced our cars in 2016, exactly as original as custom made for Amel by Antal Italy.
US distributor Euro Marine Trading in Newport, RI. Very good to work with.

We have had a genoa furling solenoid fail on that board. We now carry two spares.
I concur with Bill, the whole assembly comes out with a long loom, very easy to work on, and of course for testing
