Is the pressure good after pumping up the tank?
If so, it sounds to me like the next thing to check is the pressure switch. If it is adjusted incorrectly the pump will keep running as it is

Hi Kent,
I have 4 SENA units on board since 1 year; only used 2 or 3 of them. They work fine – no issues necessitating warranty claim.
Sure beats yelling from cockpit to stern or bow.

I would recommend talking to Alex Ramseyer about his setup with an Highfield. It is long enough that he can fit it very securely under the Simpsons davits with the outboard on. I
