Re: Water heater troubleshooting
If I had this problem, I would check for 220VAC at the heating element terminals. If you have 220VAC at the terminals, it is the heating element, which is not difficult to change on a 54 Isotemp

Water heater troubleshooting
Hi All,
My hot water heater has stopped heating the water. I’m guessing its either the thermostat or the heating element. Would anyone be able to give me a pointer as to how best to find out

Re: Taking down masts for a run up the Hudson River and Erie Canal
That's what I understand. The New York Canal System website says the canal is at least 12 foot deep throughout.

The canal is a wonderful, scenic trip.
Does it have the depth you require?

Taking down masts for a run up the Hudson River and Erie Canal
I'm getting ahead of myself a little, but next spring I will be making a 500 nm run up across New York's Erie Canal. What has everyone done when it comes to pulling down both masts and storing them

Re: Parasailor on A54
Thanks for the photos Joerg. The video would be helpful so I can understand it better. Or more accurately, so I can come up with better questions. :)

Re: Parasailor on A54
Hi Scott, a few thoughts.
1. I agree with you that the bow pulpit is not strong enough to take the load of the guys.
2. I would do what you are suggesting - use the ring - with a few twists.

Re: A54 VHF antenna Make/Model
Original was a Banten, can't recall the model number. Just climb on up the mast and take a look!
I do know that the wiring is integrated into the antenna - there is no connector you can disconnect on

I had a similar issue when changing my ZF25 fluid for the first time. Frankly I had no idea how it fit together so I just kept turning the Allen bolt. Eventually the whole assembly comes up if you

Parasailor on A54
Hi all,
