Re: Chesapeake Bay mooring/slip for 2 months?
Scott,
There is astate owned marina in Maryland that is perfect choice. It is inexpensive andvery well protected on all sides. If I recall the rate was about $800 per monthwith electric and water

Chesapeake Bay mooring/slip for 2 months?
Hi all,
We're in The Bahamas now heading to the Chesapeake area for a bit and plan to leave Tengah, our A54 for 2 months to visit family and travel overland.
I know many of you are either from there

No chafe on the sail or the rigging
Make sure the sail edge is protected from UV. When we came back from our 1 year cruise I had to replace the edge material of most of the sail

Hi Eric, we are also considering purchasing a porta bote. What model and size do you have and how do you store it while underway? Would it be possible to post a photo showing the dinghy

Hi Willem
No issues with the end cap.
Everything Maud sent fitted perfectly EXCEPT the woodruff key!
The slot in the new gear was smaller than the old one, so I filed the key down to make it

Fixed Port Lights - Maramu
Dear Amel Family,
a small question;
We intend to replace all four fixed port lights in the coming months .
We see that the stainless cover / fixing plate is held with screws , not bolted through

FWIW, I had a set of gears machined by shop in NZ. Works well although we use it rarely as we anchor most times.
GL with your repair.

Hi Jose,
That looks like a great system. How is the fuller attached at the bow, and at the mast?
Thanks,
