Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Freezer Insulation
Danny,
Check the weird looking freshwater pipe/hose fitting near the floor behind the clothes washer. It is a filter and hose coupling. I had it start leaking. it is #5 on my list.
Best,
CW Bill

Thanks Bill,
I shall search on. Hardly use the aircon, haven't used the clothes washer in a while, done a fairly good first look at the under sink piping but there is a slight leak in the water

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Re: Engine blower fan
Thanks for this Danny
Yes I agree - on our old boat we had a Rutland that worked well in light airs but still did not add much with the wind behind
I do love the 3 way charging we have onboard.

Chuck,
We had the exact same symptoms as you when we were approaching St Maarten a couple months ago -- the motor was getting power, but it wouldn't turn. Upon arrival, I happened to find a brochure

I wish my wind gen was up on the mizzen mast - makes loads of sense.
Although . . . . I’d be interested to hear how it performs with the wider motion at sea / on passage ?
