Hi Alan,
I do have some turn on/off knobs. If you don’t pull the cover plate out when grilling you can melt these.
I am currently offering all spares as part of the oven sale.

Thank you all for information and advice. Could you share what type of chain (size, material, break load) you use for 45KG and 35KG. I like to keep 8mm but go for stronger 8mm G70 with 70KN break load
