Also, I keep a tool roll up with my "90%" tools (yep, 90% of the time one of these will do the job).
I keep it in the footspace under the navigation desk.

I have all my tools and many of the sealants, and special greases, etc, in the first deck locker fwd of the companionway. There are three separate compartments in this locker with enough room for:

I tried to gently pry the Amel Logo/plastic piece off, but they used a good sealant on it and I think I'll do more harm than good.

I keep two “quick grab” boxes on the shelf in the pass through.
I keep an assortment of frequently used basics in the chart drawer.
And the bulk of everything else goes in a large Rigid brand
